Capital Meats has sponsored many local organizations, including the Maryland Food Bank, the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, the Bea Gaddy Foundation, the Special Olympics, the Blue Ridge Wildlife Center, Carolina Tiger Rescue, the Nature's Promise Exotic Animal Sanctuary in Gore, Virginia, and Tiger Haven in Tennessee.
