CAPITAL MEATS SPONSORS MARYLAND SPECIAL OLYMPICS



	The Fort McHenry Tunnel Run Winner and Capital Meats event participants.

Capital Meats recently sponsored the Fort McHenry Tunnel Run to raise money for the Maryland Special Olympics.

"The Special Olympics are inspirational and powerful," says Capital Meats Owner Scott McMichael. "I watch them and I am reminded to never give up - always keep pushing forward. I was happy to be able to sponsor a way to raise money for such a great organization.

The 5K walk/run generated over $30,000 in donations for the Maryland Special Olympics.
